GDS Utilities 1.3 for Windows XP with 64-bit file access

The following command-line tools included:

gdsinfo :	get a quick information about GDSII file
gds2asc :	convert binary GDSII file to ASCII format
asc2gds :	convert ASCII file to binary GDSII format

Now includes GUI for batch processing.
